Mr. Lee I recently visited your Lewisville Volkswagen location in search of a new car. I was going to get another Volvo as that is what my last two vehicles were. I was on my way to the Dallas Volvo dealership and passed by Lewisville Volkswagen because I had fallen in love with the VW Passat and always loved the look of the car. I emailed VW and had the opportunity to work with Curtis Miles. What a great guy, and truly, I worked out a car deal with Volvo of Dallas and realized that after dealing with Curtis, I was going to figure out how to buy from him. People buy cars because of the service, the features and the status of a car. Because I had experience with Volvo and loved the car (XC90 and S60…and I was going to purchase an S80), I was just going to continue my buying with them – eventhough the service and the sales team were less than professional. When dealing with Curtis over the internet he was always asking me to visit and I finally did. That day was when I decided I was going to buy the car. While the Volvo dealership was a car that was a bit more exclusive with options and how they were going to work the deal with my negative equity….the only reason I bought a car from Lewisville VW was because of the professionalism and salesmanship of Curtis. What a sweet and nice person. I truly would have felt guilty if I did not buy from him. To show you how guilty…Volvo was going to only require $5000 and rework the negative equity into the new purchase. VW required me to pay off the negative equity of over$9000 and do a purchase vs. a lease. One part of me wanted to seal the deal with Volvo, but because of the personal service and overall positive experience I had with Curtis, I cut the check and bought the car from you. He is an asset to your company and in this day and age of poor service, what a breath of fresh air to buy a car from such a nice person. He totally changed my perception of car sales people and I will continue to buy from you if you keep him on board, he deserves any success and promotion within your organization. He is a good person.
